The worst experience ever, I wanted to buy my son a pair a sneakers. I walked into foot locker and the first person she was pleasant. We bought the pair and my son had a change in mind due to wanting the Jordan's that are current in style and I also felt the Jordan's my son bought were a bit pricy for not being popular. As I walked back in the store, I received the look of death from one of the sales rep. He rolled his eyes and was so borthered that I returned to exchange the sneakers. I sat quietly while we made the transaction and my son happily received the Jordan's he wanted. As I was waiting, the sales rep and manager on duty laughed and talked about me. I was so annoyed how someone can represent themselves and the company they work for. I could understand if the store was busy and he was overwhelmed however that wasn't the case. The store was completely quiet and he was standing around talking with his manager. I could no longer allow this behavior due to being in business myself and the manager allowing this. I calmly told him that it shouldn't be a problem if I came in the store 15 times and customer service goes along way. I explained to the manager my concern and she blew me off telling me to have a nice day. I felt completely ignored and blown off. I'm spending $100+ in this store and get told have a nice day. I felt like returning what I purchased however the store is not to blame the people hired are to blame. I definitely will be speaking to the general manager about this issue, this should not be allowed again!!!
