  JCPenney is at the balancing point financially but still has name brands at good prices. Depending on where it's future lies could still be bargains to be head. This Pineville store is still one of the nicer ones remaining.

  Can't find employees on the floor. The ones at the registers (if they are open) are too busy ringing up each other's purchases and ignoring customers. No one was in the jewelry dept at all. After waiting 20 minutes attempting to check out, I dumped my items and left. Gave 2 stars because they had items I wanted to purchase but couldn't due to lack of cashiers actually working.
