  Nothing but issues with this Helzberg. I would definately never recommend them which is sad because an engagement and wedding ring should be a good experience. First off- had to have it sized down twice because they didn't even do anything the first time and it came back missing one of the small diamonds!! They did replace the diamond (only because my fiance got the lifetime warranty). Each time you give the ring up for 10 days. Ring is still too big so I paid to have the little sizing beads fused on the inside of the ring which brings me to my last painful experience with their staff which left me so upset and yelling in frustration.... THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY RING BACK when I went to pick it up because they put it under my fiances name??? Why?! I dropped it off and paid for it!!! I mean- They called my phone number and told me it was ready but would not give me the ring when I went to pick it up... The two women working talked down to me and said that "regardless if your ring cost $5, we're doing this to protect you." She was so rude and I promised her that we would never ever return there. I dropped it off. I paid for the work to be done. WTF!? Anyway- long story short it's the Ghetto version of a jewelry store and your money is much better spent elsewhere. Warren would never approve of this branch!!!!!
