  Is you ever need tires, go somewhere else. They are never staffed and a simple task takes hours. Today, a road hazard warranty, rotate, and balance, had passed 90 minutes. Only two tires have been taken off, and that's all. Two associates here, only one working. The other has disappeared. 6 people have come up to ask questions and have their tires checked or propane filled, and my car gets left unattended. In addition, I made an appointment so this wouldn't happen. Should have gone to Discount Tire like I do with my other two vehicles.
